1. Returning goods
1.1 Returns shall be made in accordance with the provisions of 29 June 2001. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lituania “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods”.
1.2 In order to return the item(s), the Buyer may do so within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, by informing the Seller by e-mail to info@ragaine.lt, attaching photographs of the item(s) and/or parcel, and any other fixed data explaining the problem.
1.3 The returned goods must be undamaged, unused, in the same condition as when received by the Buyer, and must not have lost their merchantable appearance (labels intact, etc.). When returning the product, it must be accompanied by a paper (printed) proof of purchase (copy of the order, purchase order).
1.4 The Buyer must send the returned goods by registered mail or bring them to the address Ragainė Baltik Shop, Skapo g. 3, Vilnius 01122, or to a post office, the address of which shall be agreed upon by contacting the Seller. The registered consignment number of the returned goods must be provided to the Seller by e-mail no later than 24 hours after dispatch.
1.5 The Buyer shall pay the cost of returning the returned quality or replacement goods.
1.6 In the event of a return of a quality product, the Buyer shall be refunded only the amount paid for the product. Shipping and packaging costs are not refundable to the Buyer.
1.7 In the event of the return of a faulty product (other than the one ordered), the Seller undertakes to replace it with the correct product. In the event that the required item is not available, the Buyer shall be refunded the full amount of the order (both for the item and for the actual shipping and packaging costs incurred).
1.8 Where a faulty product is returned, the Seller undertakes to replace it with a product of equivalent quality or to refund the Buyer the full amount of the order.
1.9 The returned faulty product must be in good packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same condition as when received by the Buyer, and must not have lost its merchantable appearance (labels, etc., intact). When returning the product, a paper (printed) proof of purchase must be provided.
1.10. The Seller shall have the right not to accept the Buyer’s returns if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure set out in Clauses 1.4-1.5, 1.8-1.9 of these Regulations.
1.11. If the Buyer has paid for the Goods with a gift voucher, the voucher and any additional amount paid (if any) shall be returned.
1.12. If the Buyer returns an item purchased at a discount, the amount paid for the item shall be refunded together with the discount applicable at the time of purchase.
- Replacement / exchange of Goods
2.1 The colour, model or size of the goods may be changed – in Lithuania within 14 days, in the European Union and other countries within 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, in accordance with the rules for the return and exchange of goods, approved by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lituania by the Order No. 217 “On the Approval of the Rules of Returning and Exchanging the Goods” of June 29, 2001. The postage costs associated with the exchange shall be borne by the buyer.
2.2 For exchange of goods You can contact info@ragaine.lt or visit Ragainės shop at Skapo g. 3, Vilnius and exchange the goods. You must bring proof of purchase with you. The goods must be unused, undamaged, in good condition and with all labels intact.
- Final provisions
3.1 These Returns Policy are made in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lituania.
3.2 Any disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lituania.
