In this collection, the artist reinterprets celebrated songs by Lithuanian authors and harmonized folklore, seamlessly weaving academic traditions with an archaic sonic character.
The album’s uniqueness lies in its profound intimacy: every choral part is performed by Milda herself. Recorded entirely without instruments or electronics, it offers a multi-layered soundscape crafted solely through the versatility of the human voice. Alongside these arrangements, the album features an original composition, Tamsumos, nuskaidrėkit! (Darkness, clarify!), from the Milosz Clouds project. The aesthetic presentation is further enriched by the evocative photography of her friends, Vitalis Tiknius and Vytautas Suslavičius. It is a musical letter filled with light and creative joy, addressed to every listener.
