The concave part of the spoon in covered with food safe glaze, the stalk is more ruff and left unglazed to mimic the natural uneven surface of a mushroom, the bright red cap ads a really magical effect to everything you use the spoon for and underneath the cap you can see finely detailed gills.

They are light and bright and a bit more fragile than regular metal spoons since they are made from clay, so we recommend to use them with care.
